In 2005, Steidl published a small booklet of Juergen Teller's work, titled, The Master. The publication offered an examination of his world and persona as a photographer with a mix of fashion and commissioned work, and has since become a benchmark in small book and zine design. Quickly going out of print, The Master II was published, and following that, The Master III, beginning a series of brilliant, affordable books, that will no doubt continue to be produced. The series is currently available at Dashwood Books in New York, or direct from the publisher's website.
